Pre-Health Program

Are you an AVC student who is interested in pursuing a career in the health professions (i.e. doctor, veterinarian, dentist, pharmacist, physician assistant, optometrist)? If so, AVC has a new program that might be a perfect fit for you!

The NEW Pre-Health Professions Program is an intensive, student-centered program designed to help you reach your educational and career goals. Students are provided with specialized support beginning the moment of acceptance into the program until transferring to a four-year university. Intensive academic guidance, counseling, course survival workshops and presentations, plus other support services tailored to the pre-health professional student are provided free of charge.
