Antelope Valley College Extended Learning is committed to the improvement, the productivity and capacity of your workforce. We can provide trainers who have the education, knowledge, and experience to provide on-site training in the form of workshops and seminars, and customized training that could lead to college credit and noncredit courses.

Extended Learning wants to work with each client to customize training to fit your organization’s needs. Our programs are tailor-made, designed specifically for your company.

| Our Process

Our goal is to support your company. We work with you to develop a training program that will meet your company's needs and help expand the skills of your workforce. We can work with you to:

  1. Identify the problem facing the company
  2. Determine whether training will solve that problem, and,
  3. If training is called for, determine the most appropriate training delivery method,
  4. Select the most appropriate training provider,
  5. Set up the training program,
  6. Deliver the training results, and
  7. Use the evaluation results to improve future training delivery.
