Delivery Address
All deliveries are to be sent to the following address unless specified differently on the Purchase Order:
Antelope Valley College Warehouse
- 3041 West Avenue K, Lancaster, CA 93536
The most ideal route for large trucks is to take 30th west, turn west on J-8, then south onto Technology Driver (last entrance on J-8). The Warehouse is the first building on the left (click here for campus map).

Delivery Instructions
The Purchase Order number must appear on all packages and packing slips associated with each order. All deliveries are to be sent to the following address, unless specified differently on the Purchase Order:

Our warehouse does not have a receiving dock, but it does have a fork lift for unloading.

Freight/Large Deliveries:
District Staff Responsibilities:
- Notify the warehouse at warehouse@avc.edu when purchasing items weighing 4,000 lbs or more.
- It is recommended that this notification occur at the time the requisition (REQ) is entered or sooner for deliveries that may require special equipment.
Vendor Responsibilities:
- Schedule a delivery appointment with the warehouse for all freight and large deliveries.
- Contact the warehouse by calling (661) 722-6300 ext. 6269 or by emailing warehouse@avc.edu.
Purpose of Notification and Appointment Scheduling:
- Ensure the efficiency, security, and safety of our delivery operations.
- Provide delivery drivers with an expedited experience.
- Allow the warehouse to arrange for any necessary equipment (such as high-capacity forklifts or cranes) to accommodate the delivery.
- Ensure necessary warehouse staffing is available
- Ensure requesting department has space available in their area for the delivery.

Monday - 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Tuesday - 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Wednesday - 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Thursday - 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Friday - 8:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.

Employee Personal Deliveries
Employee personal deliveries are not permitted to be shipped to the District warehouse. The warehouse is designated solely for processing District-related orders, and receiving personal packages disrupts operations and efficiency. Additionally, the warehouse is not responsible for packages that are lost, misplaced, or opened.
All personal deliveries must be sent to your home or another appropriate location.
