Because personnel resources are limited, prioritization of projects for implementation then falls to the Information Technology Committee. In conjunction with this prioritization, during the intial review and conceptualization of projects, ITS works with requestors to understand constraints upon personnel resources and manage expectations on timing. Some of these issues are dependant upon funding availaiblity/expiration, or legisilative mandates, and operational imparitives.
