Congratulations to the employees and students who will join the Leadership Academy program at Antelope Valley College! 

This professional development program is designed to foster leadership skills within our community college.

Participants will work together to evaluate campus needs, identify a specific focus, and develop a group project to be presented at a two-day retreat in April of 2025. Projects from Leadership Academy have the possibility of being implemented on campus.
