Students are invited to take part in the Mid-Semester Wellness Challenge, a new initiative from the Student Health Department designed to encourage well-being on campus. The challenge allows participants to earn points for engaging in activities that promote health and wellness.
To participate, students simply need to attend workshops, donate blood, or take part in various wellness and outreach events. Each activity provides an opportunity to earn points, which can then be used to enter a raffle for a chance to win giveaways sponsored by Student Health.
How to earn points:
- Workshops earn participants 10 points
- Blood donations earn 20 points
- Outreach events and other activities range from 2-5 points
Once students accumulate 100 points, they’ll be automatically entered into a drawing for giveaways.
The challenge runs from April 8 through May 30.
