I understand the White House’s recent order to pause all federal grants, loans and financial assistance programs has caused concern. After receiving clarification, we know that this order WILL NOT have an impact on your federal student financial aid. Student loans, Pell Grants, Federal Work Study, and other forms of financial aid will remain available to qualified students. 

Please know that Antelope Valley College is working diligently to process your student aid as scheduled in preparation for the upcoming spring semester. Also, please note that this order in no way impacts any state aid you may be eligible for.
