Antelope Valley College is partnering with the Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health to bring the “Take Action” mental health fair to AVC’s campus. The event promotes mental health awareness and provides free services and resources to students and the greater community. 

“Take Action” will feature a variety of free activities, including food, music, giveaways, and wellness sessions such as yoga and meditation. 

Attendees will have the opportunity to engage in activities designed to improve mental well-being, as well as access community resources related to mental health. 

The event is open to the public, and all are encouraged to attend.
