The Antelope Valley College Basic Needs Department in partnership with community partner, Parents Anonymous, is offering a Life Skills workshop designed to equip parenting students with essential tools for personal growth.

The workshop will include sessions on time management, financial literacy, communication skills, emotional intelligence, and healthy relationships. In addition to these, students will gain insights into stress management, decision-making, and will have the opportunity to learn about Medi-Cal certification and specialized mental health workshops.

This event offers an opportunity to develop life-changing skills that will help students succeed and be empowered with the knowledge and confidence to make better decisions, manage stress, and build stronger, healthier relationships.
