An Antelope Valley Partners for Health representatives will be on campus to assist with Medi-Cal enrollment, providing an opportunity for students to enroll in Kaiser Medi-Cal, Regular Medical, and other state-offered programs. 

Students will need to bring the following documents to determine edibility: 

• Legal proof of identification (acceptable forms include a foreign or domestic ID or a birth certificate). 

• Proof of income. 

• A sworn testimonial outlining living circumstances for those who are not currently employed, live with family, or receive cash payments (this form will be provided on-site). 

Walk-ins are welcome, but students are encouraged to schedule appointments in advance by emailing Student Health.
