The PRIDE Center is hosting a presentation with Olaf Avina from the Bartz-Altadonna Community Health Center focused on HIV/AIDS aimed to enhance awareness and understanding of this significant public health issue.
Students will have the opportunity to gain essential knowledge about the virus, including its transmission, prevalent stigmas, and common misconceptions. Additionally, the presentation will provide information on available support and resources for individuals affected by HIV/AIDS.
