Antelope Valley College Student Health in partnership with Basic Needs invites students and staff to participate in events leading up to Denim Day, an international day of awareness for survivors of sexual violence, to stand in solidarity with survivors and challenge victim-blaming attitudes. 

Decorate Your Denim: Bring your own denim or choose donated items from the drive to personalize and show support through artistic expression. Decorating stations will be set up along the walkway between The HUB and Student Services (SSV). Participants will be encouraged to bring their decorated denim for a photo opportunity. 

Please join us in this global movement to challenge harmful stereotypes, raise awareness, and show support for survivors of sexual violence.
