Marketing Request Form
AVC Marketing and Public Information is introducing a new way of supporting campus departments. Our goal is to use various communication methods (i.e. visual, digital, printed) to help you achieve your department goals. To accomplish this, we would like to talk with you, hear about your goals and needs, and discuss a strategy for how to best help you achieve them. The first step is filling out this Marketing Project Request Form.
Please fill out the form below to request marketing support. Once submitted, the form will be reviewed and assigned to a member of the Marketing team who will contact you to discuss your goals for the project.
In an effort to provide the most efficient service and communication to the campus community we will begin to more strictly enforce our 3-4 week lead time. Please plan ahead and note that projects submitted outside of that window may not be accommodated due to other projects taking precedence. Also, projects that do not provide complete information in the marketing request form, will be delayed. It is imperative that we have all project details in order to provide the best communication possible. The best way to do this is to first ensure that your web page is updated with all the relevant information and sharing that page (draft or final form) in the Marketing Request Form.
