AVC Extended Learning offers managers at food service establishments, organizations, and vendors opportunities to enroll in the ServSafe® Food Manager’s First-Time and Re-Certification Training and Assessment Course that allows them to obtain or renew their five year certification that allows them to deliver consistent CA State required food safety training to their employees.
The ServSafe® Manager certification program covers critical food safety principles, including: Personal hygiene, Time and temperature control, Preventing cross-contamination, Cleaning and sanitizing procedures, and Understanding and implementing the FDA food code
