Faculty/staff may report issues relating to student discipline, academic dishonesty, or students in crisis by logging in to AVC-Advocate and completing the online report form. To access your AVC-Advocate account you will need your MyAVC ID and password. When submitting a report through AVC-Advocate, employees will be able to search by student name or ID number. The first time you log in to AVC-Advocate you will be prompt to accept or reject the confidentiality agreement. This agreement states that you will adhere to all FERPA Laws in securing the privacy of the student's information. Please click "Accept". You are now ready to start your report.
If you experience a problem logging into AVC-Advocate, please contact the Vice President of Student Services Office at (661) 722-6303.
