Extended Opportunity Programs and Services (EOPS) is a California Community College program to assist educationally disadvantaged students with financial need who want to attend college. The Antelope Valley College EOPS program receives state and district funds to recruit, enroll, and support these students that may not otherwise seek higher education.

Eligibility Requirements

Are you currently enrolled in EOPS?

• If yes, do NOT apply again

Will you be enrolled in 9 units or more for the Fall 2024 semester?

• If no, you are NOT eligible to apply, unless you are officially an OSD student for the semester in consideration or an eligible NEXTUP student.

Have you completed your FAFSA?

• If no, it MUST be completed prior to the beginning of the Fall 2024 semester in order to be eligible for EOPS. Your application will not be complete without a current FAFSA.
