Support Information

If you need technical support, please e-mail Information Technology Services Technical Assistance anytime at help@avc.edu or call us.

Students will find myAVC support at 661.722.6605. You will need your 900 Student ID Number to get support through this line.

ITS maintaines consolidated Help Desk for IMC & ITS, staffed to support all technology needs for Faculty & Staff at all college sites. The Unified Help Desk is available at 661.722.6535.

Our hours of operations are for all support services is Monday - Thursday 7:30am - 8:00pm, Fridays from 7:30am - 11:30am.

We try very hard to have someone available to take your call, occasionally during high volume periods that is not possible. If you get voicemail during our normal hours, please leave a detailed message and we will return your call promptly.
