Support Information
Faculty and Staff can open a support ticket in the following two ways:
- Send email to help@avc.edu. Provide a brief summary of your needs. You will receive an automated response with a reference number and your issue will be prioritized and addressed as soon as possible.
- For more urgent issues, for both ITS and IMC, call the Help Desk at x6535.
- If the issue is impeding instruction, please let us know immediately.
Students can receive myAVC support by calling (661) 722.6535. Please note that you must have your 900 Student ID Number to get support through this line.
