Technical Education: Fire Technology

Those preparing for work as firefighters and firefighters upgrading skills can find a variety of courses in the fire technology program. Courses conform to the uniform fire technology curriculum of the California Community College System.

The program includes a fire officer certification program enabling students to apply for appropriate certifications through the State Fire Marshal System. Certificate and associate degree programs are available.
