Business, Computer Studies, and Economic Development: Real Estate

Students can meet the educational course requirements of the California Department of Real Estate for obtaining a real estate sales or broker's license through Antelope Valley College. Courses range from Principles of Real Estate to more in-depth subjects such as appraisal, finance, escrow, and property management. Certificates are available for real estate salesperson and real estate broker. An Associate in Science degree is available in real estate.
